Refund and Returns Policy

  • Condition of Item: The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. We reserve the right to reject returns for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team, and an RA (Return Authorization) number must be issued before the item is returned. Failure to secure an RA number may result in delays or non-acceptance of the return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided for the return to be processed.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a seamless return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at support@clothunt.com within the 3-day window. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant details about the item you are returning (e.g., size, color, issue).
  • Step 2: Return Authorization (RA) Number: Upon receiving your return request, our team will review the case and provide you with an RA number along with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that this number must be clearly displayed on the return package. Items returned without an RA number will not be processed.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Return Package: Carefully package the item in its original, undamaged packaging, ensuring that all tags, labels, and documentation are included. Any returned items that are not in their original condition will be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
  • Step 4: Shipping the Item: Once you have packaged the return, ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Please note that we recommend obtaining shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged during the return transit.

3. Refund and Processing Time

  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt of your returned item and verification that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received and inspected the return. Once processed, the refund should appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
